wat difference do the pulleys make?

can adjust the timing more acuratly.... they are also a damn sight lighter

im confused how it can be adjusted more accurately though, surely you just stick a bolt through the hole and screw it into the head, then it cant move.

no.... one vernier per cam..... they can be advanced/retarted before then belt is put on

i know that, i still confused how they can be adjusted anymore accurately than any other one. you lock the cam into place when you take the belt off. thats is the same

7500 rpm thought you could set it higher than that .have u got arp conrod bolts?

thats just a sample map for a 2.0 vaux

I have rod bolts and uprated crank, so i'll take it to 8500 or lower if the power band is done by then
