sittin here typing away to someone, look up at monitor and it suddenly has a yellow tint to it which slowly starts gettin worse, now screen is bright yellow! why?? can pcs get jaundis? (sp)

Either broken cable inside the signal cable (so you have no blue on the screen etc) -- try wiggling it.

Or colour temperature control buggered...

Or broken monitor in general...

had this happen to my old 17", was the tube which was going.

Used to smack 10 types of shite outa it to sort it & then oneday it just went fzzzzBANG...

i often find hittin it doesnt work i used to try this with my old pc, gave up on monday and jst bought a new one

itll be one of the color guns if its gone yellow id say the green gun is going

it can be adjusted to compensate and repaird so its ok

oh aye i used to work in a tv/video repair shop so im 90% sure its this w/out having a look at it

known me, its prolly the third option rest of pc gave up on me, monitor will be goin same way
