What do you lot think of them? I've heard of things going wrong with the battery and whatnot and I'm not sure on whether to get one.

The Mini is 4gb. Enough for around 800 top quality songs. More than enough for me really as long as i can keep on changing the tracks about.

Just wondered if anyone on here had one.

around £200. Seen a few on e-bay - still not sure though.

Just bought an MP3 player for the car. I'll see if my taste for music is satisfied in a few weeks after playing tunes on this, if not then I'm gonna get the Mini.

They just look so damn cool!

Bought one for the gf off ebay, nice little machine. Watch out if you are buying one that is being shipped from outside the UK - you may be stung for import duty/VAT when it arrives. Mine cost just about £200, and the seller made a 'no customs charges guarantee' to me - he declared it on the customs form as being a 'Walkman' with a value of $25

nice way to dodge the charges I guess.

I'd like to know whether it can be hooked up to my MP3 player in the car.

If you don't have an aux input on the stereo, I think you need an 'FM Modulator' - goes between the aerial and the aerial input on the radio and allows you to set the iPod to an FM frequency that you just tune to on the radio. This shall be my next project
