got a pioneer DEH-80MP and im slightly miffed at the wiring of it, im not too sure what the ACC is, thinking its permanent live, it says that it needs to be fused to over 10A etc and i dont really want to improvise it and burn something.

There may be more uncertanties shortly

The power supply to the radio is already fused in the corsa.

ACC is ignition live. BAT is permanent live.

ACC is red, BAT is yellow. In corsa's these need to be swapped over unless you have bought the autoleads wiring adaptor.

sorry mate, bit of confusion there, i have a clio, and it seems you can just stick the original plugs straight into the harness with no adapters

Yeah. What's the problem? Clio uses ISO like the Laguna, doesn't it? And the Pioneer harness takes ISO. Simple match.

like i said, bit of confusion there, it seems i can stick the clio plugs straight in.....

done it, was totally straightforward, just had to check the radio fuse and find an earth point, which was next to the steering wheel, easiness, bloody good radio too
