Hi, im real new to this and dont know much about it.
I am wanting some new speakers for my car and was wondering weather i can still use my origanal parcal shelf. Someone mentioned that i would have to buy some MDF or something because i an not use my parcel shelf.
Please can you help.

well i can use the parcel shelf but its more than likley to sag with the weight of em, and there more in view and will prib get nicked, go down wicks and buy a small sheet for £6 or somin like that, then go down halfords and buy a roll of car carpet and when ya done put the carpet over the new parcel shelf

or alternatively, don't bother with 6x9s and get a sub instead for the boot. Get some components in the front and amp them up.

Fitted my spaekers now and all good, but was wondering what to put now on the MDF. Can you get specal carpet from anyware or do you get noraml carpat.
