Well the PC at my parents house had a virus, and was full of crap so i decided to formatt it,

however to stop it happening again i want some decent FREE software to stop crap in its tracks!

any links would be good

dunno about Virus software, but zone alarm Firewall is free .

yeah i use AVG, they release new updates for it daily, get it from www.grissoft.com i think, something like that neway
