when i use the eject on my 9812RB, when the facia reaches the very bottom angle (90 deg), the motor makes a funny grinding noise for a split second. It also does this when it goes back up into its normal position.
Should I be worried about this?

weird. I'm sure it's not harming it in any way, and you cant hear it when the music is up  . Unless you press the eject button...

i have the 9812 and it has never done that, it goes totally flat and ejects fine.

yeah mine goes flat and there's nothing wrong with the movement, just the motor makes a small grinding sound thats all.
Like i said its not noticeable really, just wondered if it was something i should be worried about.
