How tight does the nylock nut have to be on my front coilovers??

Just do it as tight as you can with a spanner then get it down to a garage with a wizzy gun. It has a torque but I only think its about 50-70Nm, wheel bolts are around 110Nm

Thanks, i popped the bearing coz i did it too tight first time, not i'm scared to tighten it incase i do it again!

You poped the bearing, are you sure as you cant pop the bearing as the top spring seat puts load onto it once its grounded? It doesnt need to be super tight cos its nylock it shouldnt shake loose. Does your top spring seat slide the full length of the piston rod i.e have a 20mm internal dia or is it sandwitched onto the top shoulder of the piston rod?

poped the baring? huh?

i just tightened these as tight as i could get them and they havnt been any trouble

rubber bearing on top (corsa c) once i took the packaging bolt off it just squashed the bearing untill it went bang! i sh*t myself!

even german instructoins would have been SOME help! It doesnt even tell u what parts of your std suspension u need or anything.

for coilovers you need everything bar the old damper itself and spring...

90Nm for the top nuts i think
