been asked to sort the brakes on a pug 106, they are really stiff and there is no power in them, im was gonna change the pads and fluid but is there anything else i should look at?

Make sure the calipers arnt seized and also that the brake lines are all ok, eg - no kinks, corrosion or leaking.
