Went to tax my car today and realised I have lost my insurance certificate so they wont do it. I have ordered a duplicate but it wont come until next week when my car ill be out of tax. Am I ok to use the car for these few days or is there no lee-way on tax anymore?

meant to be no lee way now but i'm sure you won't get a fine through the post if you tax it when it's a few days out..
think mines was 2 days out and was fine.......
and if you got stopped and could prove your waiting on copy ins sure they would be fine....
MAYBE
