Prolly not... for a LET i'd be looking at least 300lb and maybe 320. Try and establish what lb spings the FK's have, if not your looking at between £10-£20 per spring from good motorsports suppliers - http://www.raldes.co.uk is good or perhaps rallynuts.com

what effects will it have on my handling? If i didnt change them?

They prolly are OK and will be fine if you run them as high as they go (30-40mm) but if you run lower you prolly will find them to be quite crashy and ride the bumpstops a lot. Suck em and see, if you dont get on with them go for harder. How low did you want to run?
I cant believe how I used to love my car slammed (70mm), im going upto 40mm soon as ive come to appreciate just how important suspension travel is for comfort AND handling...

aye mines only going lowest -45mm.
Purely handling so long as it dont look like a skybus then im all good 
I hope handling will be good as i hae shite setup at the moment!
