the silver astra mk3 has got some Oxigin-One 17inch alloys...it says its 17x7...but
ive been trying to look them up and all i can find is 17x7.5!!
what offset are these?
any pics please??????

get ur arches rolled mate at stick the 17 x 7.5's on there. they will look and handle better anyway.

corsa arches cant b rolled. just cut. i had 17"s on my corsa B Sport. they were'nt 7.5 though as they will stick out past the arches. U can fit 17"s as long as u get the right offset, anything from 45-49. this will stop the tyres catching the arches. I had a 42 offset, which would fit on a corsa c but took them off as they rubbed bad.

cheers guys, i plan to do major arch work anyway, cut the arches right up and bond the plastic arch back on and debolting...
any idea what offset the Oxigin 1's are?
and are they only available in a 7.5 width in 17s?

mate, i currently have a set of polo 331 chrome alloys on my corsa b, 17 x 7.5 with no arch mods at all. they fit fine, only rub slightly on full lock and when too many in the back. I am having my arches done on saturday and the guy said that he could get it so i could drop it 60mm if I want with no rubbing still. and yes, they are definately 17 x 7.5 with a 40et

shite, so they ET40!
that means they will stick out slightly more then...which is ok if i do good arch work...But i cant lower as much as i want with Et40!
i want the arch to drop over the tyre slightly, so were talking at least a good 70mm drop and i wont be able to do that if the wheel is sticking out more coz of the ET40 or i will get lots of srcrub?

my wheels are et40 mate but i dont know what the offset of the alloys u want are, just trying to make the point that 17 x 7.5 can fit even with it being et40.

i just did a wheel search on performance alloys and they have them to fit a corsa ut not sure on what offset, give them a ring m8 heres the site www.performancealloys.com
