Buy new ones, your ones will have holes in the seals or stone chips in the glass for that to happen.

If you can't find any cracks etc, take them out, then remove the bulbs. Put the headlights glass down in a warm dry place so that any moisture inside can evaporate out through the holes for bulbs.

Try leaving the back rubber seals off if its dry weather and it should go. Otherwise as ppl say remove and lay face down in airing cupboard with some kitchen towel rolled up and shoved in the bulb holes

smear a bit of washing up liquid on the rubber seals which cover the rear light plugs & also for the sidelight socket & indicator sockets, it will help create an air-tight seal

if they still do it then its gona be a fault with the casing itself so either try returning them for replacements or go back to standard
