morning,

Just took my car down local garage and told him i wanted the middle box/silencer removed. He looked kind of baffled and said ok, 50 quid.

Ive left it with him there...nervously.

As standard the scorpion back box on its own doesnt really sound 'all that' my induction kit is alot louder...and to be honest the exhaust all in all is not much of standard 'sound'

Will removing the centre silencer with a pipe make ALOT of difference? or just a bit? How about bhp wise am i gonna get 1bhp more ?? i wanted to round my bhp up to a nice rOund number...

cheers guys

Another option is de-catting it using a cat-replacement pipe, however you will have to swap the cat back over come MOT time...
