ok just had a set of astra gte brakes and calipers fitted brand new vaux pads as well. there cool but the left brake squeeks all the time when driving nad when i brake the squeek goes away. does anyone have anyidea what the problem is...
and u did read it right, it stops squeeking when u apply the brakes.

discs r brand new
brakes only been on a day so doubt brake dust

if discs are old and pads are new, then theres a "lip arount the edge of the disc, this catches the pads when you're not braking and you get a squeal... either that or one of your calipers aint workin right

discs r also brand new, could the pad still be carching the edge of the disc.
also long does it take to bed in, i just wouldnt have thought that after time the squeek will go as they r new
