stoopid question but how do i go bout getting 1 for a car, im maybe buying a cav and the current owner doesnt have the v5, any help muchos appreciated

Don't hand any money over 'til you get the V5, all you need to do is phone up hte DVLA and ask for a replacement, or go to a DVLA office and ask there.

dont worry ed i know this bloke since i was 10 he is a family friend, just wanted to know bout getting the v5 coz he wasnt sure ether
