How much roughly am i looking at for the full conversion? into GSI corsa.

Anyone whos had it done please, or even the man himself, thanks

fitting will be about 600 engine and f20 box about 1500 new bearings 80 pipework and hoses and intercooler bout 300 + 500 fitting kit

Yeah, well he's getting mine anyways. This time in four weeks and the conversion will be underway

The corsa shell is alot stronger than the nova one, I know of a couple of LET corsas that have been around for a year or so and havnt been seamed welded and there showing no signs of bodywork stress

Sorry but 204bhp and a simular torque figure through a Corsa is gonna cause stress at some point.

Look at how easy the B-pillars crack.

i wouldn't get a LET unless i had at least some Sparco seatbelt pads and had painted my drums

I thought so too mate but it looks like there corsas are holding up (for now anyways).

Better to be safe than sorry, would be a good idea to have the front end seam welded, the spot welding that Vuaxhall used to manufactur the car is a but shopping cart like...
