just wondering if it is possible to put 15`s on and lower it 60mm?
Will there be any scrubing?
i was thinking of apex lowering kit, wot u think of this?

you will have to remove the bolts from the rear arches. just the yop two should be enough, then squeeze some mastic into the gap and clamp it on gently while it cures.
if you run a stanley knife around the plastic arch too, then it should stop the scuffing.
it may then still catch if you hammer over bumpy surfaces or take heavy load in the back (baggage/ice/mates).
40mm aint that great an offset TBH. 195/45's would be the ideal tyre size for you.
