ok bit of an essay but...

A few months back i snapped me plastic arch off so after gluing it back on i realised glue had dried on my paint, went to wet and dry it but picked up wrong grade of paper

so yeh.... mess....
i re laquered the arch a week or to back (after spraying it) left it a week then went over it with 1200 then 1550 wet and dry soaked in soapy water. think i pushed to hard tho! cos when i polish it with T cut it come up brilliant till it rains, washes off T cut and leaves it all scuffed and marked agen... do i simplly re laquer it or are these marks in the paint work?

or even beter n e thing else i can polish it with thts not gonna wash off in the rain?

thanx guys

right, by the looks of things all you need too do is use some rubbing compound and that will get rid of the scratchs.

that all looks like overspray really where you havent prepared it properly before spraying and havent done anything after to blend it all in.
