Modding is not forbidden, more like restricted.
For corsa 16" is the max of wheels you can have to pass the MOT
For everything that you changed you have to have an E-mark
And then it depends of the guy at the MOT who is controlling your car
3 years ago I failed the MOT for my white rear clusters with E-mark and with reflection things.
Another guy went the same year to the same MOT and he passed with the same lights.
The bottom of your car must be minimum 11cm.
Spacers are forbidden
ETC...
Don't know how it is in Portugal, when I see extreme tuned models, they are mostly with small wheels and without a low profile
I have to to some changes when I go to the MOT
