5th gear in richies gearbox is fucked

new gearbox

Needle rollers on 5th melted a while ago due to a damaged drainage plate leaking gearbox oil, so it ran dry.

Got another 2000 odd miles out of it after topping it up with oil and repairing the leak, but now 5th gear is no longer selectable and all the other gears are making baaad noises hmmmkay

mr james is coming down? i feel the need for a spin in the Corsa A! nothin like bombing down the road as the co-driver altering the engine mapping on the laptop

HI boys, I'm back with a F15 in the boot, but I've brought the passat as the nova is having over heating issues over 75mph atm due to the gearing on the g'box, and I didn't want to go that slow all the way hear.
Bad news though, Danny might not be bring his car up to uni this yr, but I'm sure it will visit, that's worth a go in

I'm afraid Richie is having this one, I might be able to source you a F15 if you like, I'll see what I can muster, but won't be for a bit.
