I used to talk tablets but not steroids just to pump you up a bit and they did work loooooooads, but when you stop they turn your muscle into fat, not only that i hear they are bad for your lungs / kidneys

If you buy from 'the guy down the gym' be wary of fakes, they're everywhere these days and very hard to spot.

Sorry but that's a common myth, no steroid or tablet will turn your muscle into fat. Only a poor diet and lack of training will do that.
If they weren't steroids you were taking, what was they?

Sounds like you could do with a bit of research mate.
Testex is a testosterone, a completley different compund to Winstrol.

Yeah it's one of the more toxic steroids. Injectable Winny will be less toxic that oral Winny, but it would still be advisable for you to run a liver protectant (Milk Thistle/R+ALA/ALA)

Winstrol needs to be administered ED or EOD (every day or every other day) because it has a short half life.
If you're doing 3 jabs a week i presume you're injecting mon/weds/fri, you really need to be injecting EOD so one week it'd be 3 jabs and the week after it'd be 4 jabs (mon/weds/fri/sun/tues/thurs/sat repeat).

If you jab EOD it'd work out 3 jabs one week, 4 jabs the next, 3 jabs the next, 4 jabs the next etc. It'd be EOD.
