i'm off on the sick with a Dr's note?

i'm in a right mess at work, coz i've pulled my back they've sent me home again saying i aint fit to be there for health n safety reasons, i've already had 22 n half days off sick (13 of which with my back pain the others were in last few months due to other sickness) They've moved me off the team i'm on coz they said i'm bored on that team, not asked me just assumed!

they've said they're gonna monitor me on my sickness and i gotta fone in everyday to tell them i aint comin in, EVEN tho i'll give them my Dr's note to say i won't be in for so many days or whatever. Said they won't stand for it, its not my fucking fault i've pulled my back doin summat!!

oooo i'm mad lol

not possible, they use all networked programs n shit, coz i'm only still in my probationary period they'd rather get rid of me n find sum1 else than do that

i can't feckin wait to leave the place

i work in an office on the 3rd floor, aint got a clue how i pulled my back but it hurts well bad! think i did it at work tho carrying the post

if you have a lot of time off they can claim that their business is suffering due to you not being there, therefore if they replace you they can actually let you go, but i doubt they would just sack you, i think they'd ask you to resign on your own merit
