I need to remove it, for spraying but really do not know how to do it. Any idea?

push door card in around winder, get a small flat head screwdriver and bend the tip 90 degrees, pull out o-ring clip thing and wa la off comes window winder. hope thats of help mate

yea very fiddly things! but dnt throw a wobbly and pull at it, as i did so now door card sits but an inch from window winder! ah well

a sturdy paper clip bent to a 'J' shape at the end works for me.
may be an idea to cover above it with your other hand cos they can ping off pretty hard.

i wrap a cloth round and pull it each side fast till it pops off (like drying ya back after a shower )

How do you go about spraying these? need to sand then prime? then use wet and dry then paint?

I use a spoke off a push bike - the ends works PERFECT on this job!

Dont think many would have sprayed them... they are very rubbery, im not sure 'off-the-shelf' paint would take to them very well? Buy yourself some richbrook ones...
