Here is an example of the crap I get sent

Remember sleep? It was that thing you did every night, uninterrupted, for
long stretches of time? Remember nestling your head into your pillow till
you had it just right and then falling off into a river of dreamy bliss?

Hah! Those days are long gone now that you're in month two of your big new
adventure. The adrenaline has worn off; the thrill of seeing that scrunchy
little face, even at 2 A.M., is gone; probably most of that
well-intentioned "help" (read: relatives) has evaporated into thin air.
And now it's just you. You and your sweet little, endlessly nursing,
nocturnal creature.

Let me tell you right off the bat: Even though you feel as though you've
been hit by a truck, you will survive. Although I recognize that it is
impossible for you to believe this right now, no parent has ever died from
lack of sleep. Also, take hope in the fact that you are probably nearing
the end of the sleep-deprivation tunnel. Most babies start to lengthen
their overnight sleeping time at about 6 to 8 weeks. Even breast-fed
babies can sometimes sleep through the night (this is a relative term;
think midnight to 6 A.M.) at 6 weeks.
