On my moped one of the bolts that hold on the exhaust the thread has gone so the allen key just slipps and I've tried moule grips and it just wont grip. Whats the best way of getting the b@stard out?

grips wont get it off ? thats gonna be a right bitch...yea u may av to drill it

get a blow torch heat it up and then try with mole grips. thats what i did for my sump nut when it wouldnt come off and was completely rounded

Shall I let it run and go out for a spin on it and come back and the bolt should of warmed up then I will conver it with WD40?

Weld a nut onto the end, then undo it with a socket.

Cut a slot into the top of the bolt with a dremel if possible, then use a flat bladed screwdriver to undo it...

if molegrips wont do it a screw driver wont..only thing i cansugest is whackin it a few times spray with loadsa wd40 whack it a bit more to free it up...then get grips on again tight as u can n whack with a small hammer, the jerking force may free any rust etc
