no they haven't, its pretty much even, step back its Arsenal's time to dominate, then eventually it'll be sum1 else...thats normally how it works, but Man Utd have lost good players and bought average ones... but some of their youth players look quite handy but so does Pennant, Bentley, Fabregas, etc so we shall see
