As some of u may knw i recnetly had my licence revoked and have to take all my test again. I pleaded guilty by post im wondering is the a way of appealing as i think ive been hard done by really

Couldn't you just say that you were not driving at the time , get a mate to admit , and pay him to take the points ?

right heres the info. got caught doin 53 in a 30 and got given 6 points and 150 fine so cause ive been drivin less than 2 years got my licence revoked and have to take my test all over again. have i got a chance of comin out with a lesser penalty if i appeal

erm, no mate, because thats resonably leinent, im presumming your only banned for a few months, your lucky not to get a masive fine. 7mph more and you probly would have gone inside

there no way around it mate
if u get 6 points your out no matter what you say
its classed as a standard fine

all they will say is :-
"where your doing 53 in a 30, answer yes or no"
you :-
"Yes"
them :-
" this is a fixed penalty of 6 points"

you have to wait 4 weeks from recieving your provisional before you can book your theory as far as i know...

You could end up with a worse penalty if you appeal.

Put it in writing to the court and ask for the case to be re-opened.

Atttend the re-opening and see what they say

This can be done as i work in a court and deal with stuff like this everyday

I agree. YOu did 53 in a 30, you deserve the points/revoking.
