is it wise to completly smooth my car doors and bonnet done bya proper garage and bodyshop and with a soleinoid on a popper?

your problem is if you get all your doors and you boot then if you ever get a flat batery theirs no way of getting it!

I think just the boot looks good! one or the other (unless you buying a mag show car)

just for practicality

what ya do is you have a hidden set of leads that go straight to the battery so if ya battery goes flat you can connect on to another car and still get in

which is ok but remember these are ALWAYS live and i wouldnt want a set of wires hanging from battery (Ps u would only need live anyway as u can earth it off anywhere, like brake disk etc)

water proof switch from maplins, further up behind your bumper, then its only live when you want it to be!
