is this pricey? I bin offered to have the cambelt changed for free providing i buy the kit while my engine is going in, but aint sure how much the kit will rob me of  anyone done it b4? I am confident with some of my car work, sooooo I cud probably do the cambelt when its needed neways, just heard they were hard to do on 16vs?

kit is 70pounds for the belt and the pulleys, get the sbd metal pulleys tho if you can afford it

trade price from vauxhall kits are £67.50 + vat. and are easy to do, might be worth puttin a waterpump on aswell

ok I will bear it in mind, I just recieved me radiator, and induction kit n samco hose n a load of other bits, just gotta wiat for the engine to come bk out the nova and its off to be fitted

I have done a cam belt change on a C16XE, if ya take ya time its easy, if ya buying any engine you should change the cam belt anyway, i wouldnt risk puttin it in the car first cos the temptation is there to forget about it and drive the mother

just a c16xe, standard, rolling roaded with 115bhp with just induction kit though which I was proud of
