To be the saviour he would have had to have scored two goals meaning we would have actually won the game and stood a chance of qualifying for the world cup, what he did was equalise against a side we should be beating comfortably if we want to get any where in ths tournament, tbh, i think we are pretty much out of it now, from that performance, can u see usbeating austria poland england?

me neither, sorry, rant over, just really wanted to go to germany to see them in world cup

IMHO he has kept us in the looking for a place in the world cup. if we had lost that there wouldve been no chance of qualifying. as it stands theres more to play for

Good point i suppose but we should really be beating teams like that, dont think we are good enough to be in the finals if we cant beat N. Ireland at home with 9 men, just my opinion though!

i will agree with you there mate. we should have beaten them at the millenium and even more so when they only had 9 men
