I have found a small ding in my car. Looks like someone has hit it with the corner of a door or something.
Anyone have any ideas how much it should cost to be repaird Prob use a back street body shop. It's metalic paint BTW

Was thinking that but with it being 6 months old, i dunno if they will do it. It's one of the last Saxos with no miles on. The car was sold as seen sort of thing

I picked the car up last Fri but i've noticed the ding in it today. The car has been stood in a compound for 6 months (registered) and therefore is brand new. Only had 4 miles on it when i picked it up

Dents on the door are not covered by warrenty. Why would they be? If someone crashed into you and crumpled the door you wouldn't expect it to be fixed under warrenty!
Also, you normally have to sign a form saying you accept the car before you drive it away. You should check for this sort of thing before then.
That said, they might fix it as a goodwill gesture, apecially if it can be sorted without repainting the door.

It's not on the door, it's on the shell.
I will pay for it to be fixed, i don't mind that. I just want it fixed now
I'll send them an e-mail and see what they say.

Vauxhall were excellent when i bought my 3 year old Corsa Sport 1.6 from them. Had a few probs with it like gunk in the oil and 2 worn front tyres, so they changed the oil, done a compression test (just in case) and put 2 brand new michelins on the front all free of charge. I was well chuffed, they could have turned round and told me to bugger off.
Fuck Nut, its just a dent. 1 dent on the whole car is a saxo owners dream.

Just call one of them dent devil companies. They charge roughly £50 a panel to remove all dents. Just get a quote from them.
There is no point goin to a bodyshop unless the paint is cracked, otherwise they will charge to repair and respray the panel, which is also likely to look shite.
