u can fit alomost anything to any car.......with the right money...
headlight conversions cost anywer between say £500 - £1500 depending on shape of original lights.....and shape of the donor lights
but...........
corsa c headlights on a corsa b will look completely wrong
totally wrong shape for the corsa b......wot bout more rounder lights?......VW Golf lights for example...

Golf lights just don't look right. You should try some Tigra lights, or Punto ones, they would look pretty smart

Tigra front end is almost a direct swap.
I dont understand why hardly any1 over here has done it here! Looks sweet.

Good shout MattyB the tigra front end does look really good considering doing it myself soon i just don't know what colour car to do it on :S
