Little bit worried now whether or not i should have bought 17's but hey..

Pi Corsa C 40/30mm Spring Kit

40 on the front and 30 on the back, would this look ok ? any pics or advice? i gather from reading that lowering 40mm with 17s is going to scrub if i have passengers.

Either that or get the arches taken back but i have no idea how much that all costs.

Any suggestions?

How do i find out the offset?

Is that fine for 40mm or 30mm!

Thanks for the response

Thats the size of the tyre... The offset will be stamped onto the back of the wheels somewhere in most cases. Where did you buy them from and what wheels are they? (the offset will say something likee ET49 or ET45) You should be ok lowering 40mm on 17's with little to no modification to the arches... There is a tutorial somehwere about 'de-bolting' your arches and cutting away some of the material too to make some room...

They have to be the right offset and have a PCD of 100 - they may have 4 studs but the holes might not be in the right place.

You need to know the offset of teh wheels, they might be really bad and it simply wont be worth fitting them.

I'd also go for Apex springs over Pi, i can sort you a good deal

O and the arches are having some diet work aswell, leaving it in the trusted hands of some garage in thornbury, m8s work there so it should be all good.
