if within 14 days, you should be able to get it all back if its a fcukup by there fault.

credit laws n such as far as i know

deposit... depends if they put a clause in saying non-refundable, but has to be for a very good reason

no she's been ripped off, 5k for a 6 year old Heinz Hatch
She can get a better,newer model for £1700 less

Basically I've signed for a limited/1 and swop my Honda for £4720. But I can get limited/1's for £3295, tho they are rare, I feel it's allot to pay over the odds!

Been on the fone to smart about it, and they are feeding me all the " your paying for the smart piece of mind" etc so I replied, well I don't think your service is worth £1500 do you?

ringing back at 12 to see whats happening!

I didn't leave a deposit! Just my V5 and a copy of my Tax Disc! Apprently they have been sent off for transfer of my plate. But I left no money and have said I will pay the costs to stop the tranfer and any costs they have recieved inconnection with the plate and transfer ie.e DVLA fees!

I did, on the car I was intending to purchase but they wouldn't sell me! Then I got wowed by this one, which I do like but it's too expensive it seems! But considering I'd driven 100 miles to go buy a smart and it was 1 hour past closing time, I didn't have time to research it!
