Pain starts from your heart//chest area,
gradually works it way down to your apendix area,
Pain when passing urine,
also pain to the kidny areas,
then everything pain wise doubles by about 10000x
i know
i had one

Generalized abdominal cramps. Pain usually begins near the navel and moves down to the lower right. The pain becomes worse when the person moves or touches the area.
Nausea or vomiting.
Elevated temperature.
Increased pulse rate.
Loss of appetite.
Constipation.
Abdominal swelling.
In appendicitis these symptoms tend to become more severe as time passes. Not everyone with appendicitis has all the symptoms. Never should a laxative or enema be taken if you suspect appendicitis. These medications can cause the appendix to rupture.

lol i nealy died from appencicitus. Woke up one morning with stomach cramps, mum kicked me off to school regardless (aaaah the boy who cried wolf ) , mum had to come pick me up from school 2 hours later, took me home and she went back to work. I collapsed at around 2:45, and promptly slid to the bottom of the stairs, where my mum found me when she got into work. Luckily, i live 2 seconds from a major hospital, and i had to wait all night for the operation. Most painful part was the fucking drip going into my hand. FUCK they hurt!!

I had a ppendicitus when i was 12. My dad did the same to me as Cyberspunkys mother. He went off playing golf, i phoned him to say id been sick and he said to clean it up and hell be home in a couple of hours. By 9 pm i was paralised from the waist down and was told to phone an ambulance by my aunty whos a nurse. Next thing i know im being carted off to hospital and being sliced open by some doctor to pop the wee bugger out.
The scariest part was when this doctor put the drip in my hand. Im not normally scared of needles, however, this particular bloke only had three fingers. I was shatting myself. i was told if i hadnt had the operation by the evening i would have died However, living in the north east and going to a hospital in sunderland i got all infected and had to have it opened up again a week after, and was left with and open wound, having it packed with bandage stuff every day.
Anyway.....
I started with a pain over at the left of my 'belly' and then it moved to the right of my body. as i said, i ended up not being able to move my legs and now i have a two inch scar.
One day i will write a book, here is the start...

I got taken to hospital 2 years ago with suspected appendicitus. Turns out I have a badly twisted tube in my stomach.
I get agonising cramps regularly where I cannot even get up.

Cheers buddy, luckily it didn't bust, it was very inflamed and i was due to go on holiday to Ibiza the morning after, had I ignored it and gone on the plane the next day, Surgeon said it would have bust with the heat intensity abroad.
I don't mind having op's though i like the anaesthetic and lying about in a bed all day
