Passenger side is easy enough, three screws, two inside the vent and one underneath it and hidden by the glovebox (which you will need to remove).
To get inside the vent it basically just needs pushing past itself. Apply some moderate but purposeful force in a downward direction. I find doing it with both thumbs in a sort of almost thumbs-down type gesture usually sorts it.
Drivers side is similar but more complicated because of the lighting switches, which you'll need a small flatblade screwdriver to lever about from the back.
