ok the easiest way if u dont know ur directions very well is

take a19 up to the a690 sunderland/durham turn off

follow the road to durham, as u come into the city centre, head towards the train station way and its directed arnison centre

or alternatively take the a183( i think) chester le street road and it brings u out at the back of the arnison centre
