Hi,

Ive got two different types of setups ive been advised to go for.

This is from a guy in CarAudioCentre, Manchester

1 x 1600w legacy amp
2x RAP 12" subs
1x 1000w legacy amp for comps n 6x9s
2 x inphase 6x9s
2x inphase comps
1x wiring kit
1x digi cap 1.2f

For 970

Or this one advised from AdiSRI

Audison: SRX2S - 2 channel Amplifier (COMPS)
Infinity: KAPPA 65.5cs - components (i think)
2xJL-12W0-4 12" Subs
Audison: SRX1 - 1 channel Amplifier (Sub)

Worked out to about 850+ Delivery

I want to spend about £1000 in total to get a nice setup, already got my headunit (pioneer 9600)

As always any advise is appreciated.

lol bloke in your local ICE shop mate knows nothing legacy amps ?!?!!?!?

so yea go for what adi said Although if you have spare cash (remember wiring will be about 100 quid), see if you can stretch to a set of Focal Comps (not Access ones if possible), as it will finish the system of nicely Although the infinity's are top notch (have a pair myself), although remember to drop them -3dB on the crossover as they sound abit tinny otherwise

ADI is right, that setup would be sooo sweet, the other one would sound shite, running a 2 subs and 6x9's is a simple no, the guy at caraudiocentre knows nothing.

Told ya the setup was good.

On the components front, get the Focal polyglass 165 V2 if you can afford them m8, £219, or if ya really wanna stretch go up to the 165 KF's like i have at £269, there all good!

thats what i said aswell, they get high comission for brands like legacy/inphase as they are big profit lines.

the fact that they r crap is not included!

I thought the mix of subs and 6x9 on parcel shelf was an interesting reccomendation from a 'professional'....
