Its on my mates corsa, its got ful spax kit, fitted by halfords.
Never been curbed, an he is mister steady driver so not had any hassel either.

Strange that both snapped - what did they snap at EXACTLY the same time or what as that HAS to be a TRILLION-to-one chance? It sounds strange but any spring snapping would result in a manufacturer replacement I'd hope. Ive heard of the occasional spring snapping, mates spax spring snapped on rear of his Veccy, people on here have had some of the cheaper brands snap on corsa's. Just give them a ring, my local Ripspeed are excellent with warranty claims.

my mate has had 2 clios, and both of them have snapped the springs at some point.
also know a guy used too come on here charliep one of the springs on his KA broke.

both fronts broke up on mine. They were Terra springs from a Koni suspension kit. Lasted about 18 months.

Both front springs snapped in both the same place, bout half way up,pritty much same as Big Col`s.
They are also bout 18 months old!

Tell him to take em back get a refund/credit note and get a different brand. I thaught I was harsh on my shocks but ive never had a spring snap in 4 years but then again I never keep a suspension kit on for longer than 12 months LOL.
