I keep having to remember to open my mouth every 10s or so to remember to breathe... WTF is that all about I do have a cough at the moment mind

Yes PMSL when I was in school my 65 yr old Maths teacher actually forgot how to breathe - had to have hypnotherapy or some shit coz he kept nearly collapsing :S

im starting to suffer from this too. Its down to anxiety apparently. Its scary it is, i would be doing something occupying my mind then my brain tells me i havent breathed for 10 seconds lol

I agree the more you think about it the more your panic, hence causing a panic attack which affects your breathing.

Everybody stops breathing during the night, but your brain sends an signal to the heart to shock it. However the brain can fail and no signal can be sent hence causing cot death. My friend died of adult cot death a couple of years ago he was 21.

i 4get to breathe when i'm blindo! my g/f keeps nudging me when i do it n i take a big gasp of air its scary shit tho, she told me i don't breathe for ages n then i take a big breath, thing is i breathe out n then don't breathe in so.. i have no air in my lungs lol worrying stuff
