i have noticed lately i get a small quiet "knock/Click" sound behind the drivers side Door card... cant really say when it happens, but only when im driving or pulling of from standstill or braking??????

Whip the door card off, its only 5 or so screws on the lower section, three in the door handle, two on the outer edge of the door and bit of wiggling.

There's a bit of stuff in there clipped down and also the window and locking mechanisms, some of the could be loose.

ive taken it of many times before!
yet have never really found anything loose, but im not really sure what im looking for that could be loose???

take the door card off completely and go for a drive without it may give you a better idea where the noise is coming from

I've got this knocking/clicking sound aswell. I've had the doorcard off a few times to look but can't see anything loose either. I'm 90% sure it is coming from the locking mechanism though.

thats a good idea "dirtymagician" dunno why i never thought of that!

gonna whip it of now and go for a spin and see if i can pin point were the sound is coming from, and il pay close attention to the locking mechanism

its the metal pole thing rattling that you pull up to unlock the door
