to have your web address on as many other sites as possible , as that helps you get up the list,

to be submitted to google

google is best, there's a link at bottom, u pay a set amount each day - which is upto u - obviuosly more u pay higher u are up the listings.......... you could place metatags and keywords in ur source code of ur site, and thn submit site to search engine's for free tho generally this is not very reliable - better off setting a budget to spend on google............ as millions of people use it.... i'll find link for u
