Called it from work then got greeted by O2 rec message, asked me to insert identifier code then mob no....do this, gave me another number to phone to claim them 09050091280 - called it (from work off course) asked to confirm mob No again...please answer these questions while we update your account it said.....answered about 10 touch screen questions then got fed up - SCAM
