Parked in one at Tescos, but went into town first, come back to the car and there is a stupid ticket on it, timed just after i had left the car. Havent got a receipt coz i chucked it in bin on the way out because i only bought a few small things

it says they pass your details onto the DVLA

How long were you there for??? Think theres a max allowance of 2hrs for Tesco!

i was only there an hour, the limit is 1 and a half. He put down as the reason "other than shopping at tesco"

i got a ticket left on my car from NCP on sunday, because they had closed the kiosk before i went.

i kindly rung them and told them the GTF as its not my problem they closed. and there are no signs saysing anything. they still rekon ive got to pay

They can't do shit, they do our carpark at work, the guy hands out tickets and some people pay, others don't. They aren't regulated by the council yet so they can send someone round to get the money, but they won't bother because you don't have to give it to them.

We have at work and as far as i know they can enforce it.. However if you phone the tesco store and protest your innocence they may do then bit for customer relations.

Also, Tesco's EPOS system will have your reciept in thier system for a while - if you paid by card then you can prove you shopped there and don't have to pay anyway.

The DVLA will not be interested with anyone using a privately-owned carpark. I suggest you go back there and abuse them.
