depressed. Just looking at the symptoms of depression and realised I have a lot of them!!

Persistent sad, anxious, or "empty" mood

Feelings of hopelessness, pessimism

Feelings of guilt, worthlessness, helplessness

Loss of interest or pleasure in hobbies and activities that were once enjoyed, including sex

Decreased energy, fatigue, being "slowed down"

I felt like this at one point in my life, its only a glitch.

All i did was hold onto every thing that i could think of that was positive, and i dragged my ass through the rough patch

no i sound like some manic depressant. i dont think i'm depressed its just my concentration is very bad i forget things all the time. i wake up really early then go back to sleep and oversleep, i have decreased energy, i have migranes that never go away regardless of the pills i take for them.

just a coincidence some of it relates to me thats all
