P Reg Vauxhall vectra 2.0 16v - I want to fit a different head unit to the standard one - anyone know what things I need to do this? Or will the headunit just go straight in?

Should go straight in, you might need a stalk adapter if your Vectra has steering wheel controls and you still want them to work.

I fitted a sony unit in my mk1 vectra and its a straight swap. You may need to swop the red and yellow wires over in the connector block though, as the head unit may loose its memory every time you switch off.
