As stated above, I have a 205 1.9 Gti for sale.
Details:
White registered 1990 (H)
Average miles for year
Just been taxed for 6 months and had a years MOT put on
Half leather interior in good condition
Full sliding sunroof
Mods:
Full Koni adjustable –40mm all round
Full scorpion stainless exhaust system
Sparco aluminium strut brace
Rebuilt rear beam including new X-tube and trailing arms (£900)
K+N induction kit
306 GTI-6 calipers up front with new brembo discs and new mintex pads
I have owned the car for about 6 months and have replaced coolant pipes, and crankshaft sensor etc…
Car passed it’s MOT 1st time without any preparation work at all. Car pulls well and has been very reliable….
It seems a shame to sell but I’m after something a little different I think.
Price is £1400ono. Although will drop a bit if I put standard brakes back on.
I think this reflects it’s good condition and how well it’s been looked after. Previous owner had it for 8 years.

A lot of car for very little money here people, its screaming out for an Mi16 engine

cheers for the comments...... i was gonna drop an Mi16 rngine in it but to me, it seemed a waste to upset what i consider to be a reliable and well sorted original 205.
because of the mileage that's on it, many people get put off but it never uses water or oil etc. and when i was looking for one, this car was in alot better condition than all the ones i saw with even 60k on them!!!

this is the part of the car that will put a few people off. it has 148k on it. doesnt show it's age at all though and almost everything has beeen replaced at some point!!. engine is strong and pulls well. keep in mind that these engines cost buttons anyhow if anything were to go wrong in the future. i bought it about 6 months ago with 144k on it and was very happy with my purchase!!!
