i know let come with a turb but would the turb from a let go onto an xe

It is possible with the equipment to do it, Turbocharger,manifold,oil returns and feed etc....
Will cost more to convert the XE to a turbo engine than it will to stick a LET in.

courtnay now wont fit a let into any car as they seem to think they have all been thrashed & are unreliable. instead they turbo an xe & charge you more

This is the company that said they would charge me £3500 to fit a 20XE which I have reconditioned, I would also provide them with the fitting kit, header tank, modified gear linkage e.t.c...

i have a receipt from courtnay from when they fitted a c20xe into my car, rear disk conversion & a gear shift indicator light....

It was wise to use them a few years ago when c20xe conversions where in their infancy. I cant believe they are still charging ££££`s to do it now though, with all the fitting kits out there and companies who have a wealth of experience of the conversion.
