done a lot of miles this week in my car, ford escort, lol, and when car is at idle, the oil light flashes! checked the oil level and is fine! doesnt do it when car is cold, only after bein driven for about 20 mins or so, when warm.
Also not sure if this is anything to do with it. But a lot of smoke has started pouring out of exhaust lately, since i have noticed this light come on. is that anything?
Last bit of info, not sure if its just me, when car is at idle, and oil light flashes, the car seems to feel as tho going to stall? so i keep revs on when at traffic light for EG. and the oil light goes out, until when at idle again?????
ideas anyone, thanks!

the oil light isnt oil level it measures oil pressure, maybe the oil ways are blocked, do an oil change and run some engine flush through it
